Lemon Butter Garlic Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 lb penne pasta, cooked
- 2 lbs chicken, cooked, bite-size pieces
- 5 cl garlic, fine slice
- 1/2 C butter
- 1/3 C lemon juice
- 1/4 C parsley, minced
- 1/2 C Parmigiano, shaved or grated
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pan, then add the garlic and lemon juice and saute until the garlic is fragrant.
- Toss the pasta and chicken in the butter sauce, then mix in the parsley and Parmigiano, continuing to cook until the cheese has melted. Season to taste.
- Plate and serve hot.
